Lack of toilet facilities at such an important bus station is a real problem especially when you are about to make an hour long bus journey from there.The nearest public toilets are a long walk and would mean missing your bus and having to wait another hour for the next one.

The bus station has always been done well, but recently they have closed the toilets to the public as a cost saving measure.  my father suffers from prostate cancer and the ride from Milcombe and susbsequent distance to the precinct to get to a toilet is very hard on him and I can only image other seniors or disabled travellers.   I feelnsorry for folks who may be travelling even further routes who may not know and possibly miss their route or struggle once they arrive to find the nearest available

I can hear and see people ignoring their kids while smoking and sitting out in the freezing cold and no toilets and nothing to tell me if my bus has broke down or the driver is taking their time. Destroy it and build a new one

Bus on time , Cafe shop by there , village areas marked well with times of buses and plenty of seating while waiting for buses

Good shelter from the wind but when it rains can't sit down as benches are wet. Fairly well maintained though.
