Left my girlfreind for over an hour at 110clock waiting for a taxi. She called carrige company who came in 5 mins. The office was rude and refused to acknowledge or explain why it took so long calls were recorded.

Used this company on numerous occasions, for short trips back from town and longer drives to Birmingham airport in the middle of the night. Always on time and very reasonable rates. We know what to expect charge wise every time, unlike the taxis waiting at the station.

No doubt the worst taxi company in Banbury. Normally I am not one to bother with bad reviews but getting a late taxi 5th time in row is no joke especially if you order them beforehand for specific time to ensure it is there. Unfortunately if drivers tend to accept new jobs knowing that they won't make it in time u can't possibly expect them to be reliable. I have already on several occasions witnessed drivers accepting jobs for 5-10min away knowing full well that getting me to destination is gonna take longer than that not to mention picking the next unfortunate person. Have already been in trouble because of delays here on several occasions.

Phoned to book cab from station as we have used this company in the past. Arranged to pick me up outside station. Quoted really good price. Always courteous in person and on the phone. Would thoroughly recommend
