Used for early morning airport connection. Easy to book, all questions answered promptly. Car was clean and comfortable, arrived exactly on time and made an effort not to wake the neighbours. Highest recommendations for BC Cars! We are in the UK from the USA for two months and have been relying heavily on this service for our long and short trips - to include airport transfer - last minute train station transfer - back and forth to London - Southampton Cruise Terminal pickup - you name it and BC Cars is there for us! Their rates are very reasonable and our driver Naz is professional yet very friendly, always prompt, safe, and the car is immaculate.
I am very pleased with my first pick up to and from Heathrow Airport. Prompt and courteous service. I will definitely use BC Cars again in the future.
Naz at BC cars was the first of 4 companies to respond to me via email and this is partly why I chose to use him for our holiday airport run. He was always very quick to respond to any further emails which was very reassuring when booking him. We had a car and a van booked and the price was extremely competitive. The vehicles were very clean and tidy, it took the stress out of the journey and was rather relaxing with Naz's calm and smooth driving all the way there. When we arrived in Spain Naz was quick to let me know that we had actually overpaid by £30, on our return Naz was very honest in returning the money without me having to ask. I have no issues recommending BC cars and will be using them again next year.
