Did a great deal of shopping round for a car for my partner after she was sold a faulty vehicle by another garage. I'd been to several garages and dealerships to negotiate on a few vehicles before finding a VW Polo at Charnwood. I met Ashley who came across as a genuine guy (a rarity amongst many salesman) and was very helpful and friendly throughout. Ashley sold for a fair price and never came across as being pushy or that he was just after a sale regardless of how he got it. Ash seems proud of the vehicles he sells and the quality of service, and didn't appear to be just trying to offload the car as soon as possible. I've had the car for a few months and have driven a few thousand miles, the car has been faultless so far. I'd recommend Ash and Charnwood to anyone looking for a used car.

Brilliant customer services and Rick was amazing, helpful and gave all the time needed to explain how the car and Controls etc worked. Smooth purchase loving my new BMW 530, highly recommend this garage. Thank you Rick.

Bought what can only be described as the best ford focus i've ever owned every receipt from brand new 2 keys 4 recent tyres history upon history still had the selophane on the spare tyre tool set couldn't recommend higher
