Great staff. Good customer skills. Although when i got my car back from the valeting team after a service it was not to the standard you would expect from a main dealer. Poor effort.

Matt @ Kia Warwick understood that I wanted a test drive and no hard sell (I thank him for this! He agreed to hand over the keys for a spin). I also called to advise that I was going to be early and Matt said that this was fine. But I walked into an empty salesroom and saw many staff with no customers. I then made a lame joke about 'everyone staring at me!' (they glanced, nothing dodgy! but no one offered any help), and had to walk into the centre of the room and announce my name and my reason for coming, and finally said that I was there to test-drive a certain car and that Matt was my contact. I felt very awkward. (I also spoke to Matt 20 mins before to ask him if I could be early and he said it was fine). Matt must have taken me at my word - he copied my licence and let me go. When I returned he took the keys and was polite in saying goodbye. Probably because I said I was test-driving a number in the class and said 'no hard sell' he didn't bother to take me through even the basics of the Picanto, and wasn't really interested in a possible sale (I think!) No matter. I currently drive a C1 (inexplicably poorer reviews! - far better in many ways; not speed or power but the Picanto is like stirring soup gear-wise) and was looking at the supposed 'best in class'. Never mind.

For a family run business the service is poor - some two years ago we were looking for a Sportage - we spotted one with the Warwick branch and emailed an enquiry - with no response we turned up but were advised the car had been sold and that it's best not to just turn up and request a test drive - strangely enough we then had a call a week later to ask if we were still interested in viewing the car - by that time we had bought another ! Just last week I enquired via email about a Pro'ceed they had for sale - needless to say I'm still awaiting a response - ironic given I only live 3 minutes drive away but sadly they don't deserve the business.

Excellent service here. All staff, sales and service are friendly and very obliging. Best dealer I have ever used and the car is brilliant.
