I have to praise the staff at this dealer for their complete professionalism and service they provided. I initially called for some advice with an issue on my motorhome and The young man was patient and helpful. As a result I decided to drive that bit further to get Andy to look at my problem This was not an easy or obvious fix and he completed his investigations understanding that I didn't want to fall in to a money pit. He gave me a quote for a max price and also solved the problem after a clear and detailed explanation. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone it's not that often that a main dealer gives you such a warm feeling.

Purchased a new Fiat 500s from Grays and could not be happier with the service I received. Kevin was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with in my purchase. The after sales service is outstanding as my car had a slight knock coming from the front wheel so I contacted Grays and they had my car on the ramp and fixed the very next morning so a massive thank you to the service staff and mechanics. 5 stars +.

2017 Fiat Ducato searched high and low for days forfthe correct oil. Grays had it, got it dispatched and I got it the next day. Couldn't ask for any more. Fantastic service and we've let friends on motorhome sites know too.

Great service, motorhome went in for a fiat recall and the guys there identified a potential issue which they fixed under warranty. If they hadn't noticed the potential problem it could have resulted in a possible breakdown.

Our Motorhome developed a engine fault on route to Birmingham on a Friday. We phoned Grays and they told us to pop in and they would be able to check out the fault. The part was ordered and fitted Saturday morning. Grays gave us such great service and the staff there were so helpful. Thank you David.
