After visiting the NEC Caravan show in February we met with the Broad Lane Team and were immediately impressed with the no “hard sale” approach and relaxed atmosphere. This, combined with the Fairway (this name comes from the founders love of golf!) specification made it an easy decision to buy from Broad Lane. We have just collected our new caravan and can honestly say it’s the best handover process we have experienced. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly.  Harry (grandson of the founder) was great! He was very knowledgeable and made the process easy ensuring that everything had been explained. 
We would thoroughly recommend Broad Lane.

We have been customers here for some twenty years and they have been excellent for sales, after sales care and servicing of our caravans.  Repairs after accident then after vandalism brought the van back to new condition each time.   Kindly, warm and helpful staff always make you feel welcome, more like friends.  An excellent example for others.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff make every visit here a pleasant experience. If they don't have what you need in stock they will always be happy to order it. They do have a extensive stock though so usually they will identify an alternative if possible.

Great place for Swift caravans but no cafe which is a shame. Plenty of caravans to explore though
