Excellent service from all staff on site. I popped in to treat my son to something and the very nice asian female serving us was very informative and assisted for us to register wirh Diesal to receive 30% discount. We purchased a great branded braclet and some aftershave. Very well managed store and the manger on site was super polite. One of the best customer services I have received in a long time. Well done Diesal. Keep up the good work and we will be returning.
I've been to this store twice and i've had a pleasant experience here. The store is humongous and creative. Manager and staffs are very friendly and helpful. I managed to get some of the items that i love. I'm definitely coming back to enjoy their excellent customer service x

Excellent service in store today. I wanted to exchange some jeans ordered on line that were a poor fit. The lady who served me was incredibly good at her job and went to a lot of trouble to help me find the right pair.

Extremely poor customer service online and in store. two separate items delivered incorrectly, then provided inaccurate store opening times twice! When I went in a third time the shop was randomly closed for cleaning during prime time lunch hour. When raised with staff, their response was poor and defensive. AVOID buying anything here.
Great overall customer service provided with lots of friendly advice. I was even reminded that I was a student and was therefore able to receive 10% off my purchase!
Great store with an industrial feel. The staff is always ready to help. Their jeans are the best on the market. Highly recommend!
