The most welcoming and approachable staff. Service was amazing from moment I walked through the door. Connor the manger went above and beyond in assisting me buy my first Mulberry bag. I couldn’t be more happier with the service and my purchase.
I came here to buy my girlfriend a bag for her birthday and we were treated so well by the staff. They made us feel so welcome and the ladies helped her chose the perfect bag! The gentleman Connor was so inviting and kept me entertained as my girlfriend picked her dream bag. Will definitely be coming again and I 100% recommend to all.
I came into the Mulberry Royal Exchange store to buy my Mum Christmas Gift, and the ladies in store couldn’t have been more helpful! Will definitely be returning next year.
Bought a Lilly bag a phone case and a key ring today and watched 2 ladies who bought nothing offered glasses of fizz. Not good customer service . Will spend my money elsewhere in future .
Not only is the store beautiful but the service was wonderful, the staff made me feel like nothing was too much trouble, thank you to the team I felt so special
