Worst shopping experience NEVER EVER, I bought the shoes from their website at the beginning of October and received nothing. I kept emailing them and contacting, and until now almost 2 months pass soon. No any updates and only meaningless apologies
Bought shoes from them online. Took over 2 weeks to get them and when they arrived I wanted to send them beck because of the size. Here is the tricky part they don’t send return label and you as a customer need to pay the shipment and hope the items arrives and that you get your money back. Heard a lot of people who hasn’t been refunded. Don’t buy anything online from them because if it doesn’t fit you are screwed. Reached out to the customer support but the answers you get it would be better not to have a customer support. Recommend them to close sales online because it’s the worst shopping experience ever!
Bought a brand spankin new pair of Guidi PL1s to celebrate my new career in medicine. They shipped pretty much immediately, and the boots are magnificent! Very glad to have bought these from this store!
I ordered shoes in the month of December, I was waiting for the 25th, it was late, I thought it was because of the new years, I checked the tracking code and miraculously, it says that the code is wrong, I transfer it to another tracking code that went to China what is the matter with China at all by the way, it is sent by dhl and this is still The second irresponsible company . I write separately to Hervia, separately to DHL, they didn't even give me a reply. Will I get my money back or will the item come to my address? I previously unsubscribed from this page and was satisfied
The store is beautiful with pretty well curated stock but the vibe there kills any joy you may experience from the clothes. It didn’t seem like the management had much interest in the Belgian and Japanese brands they sell, just peddling luxury goods to people that think Antwerp Six is a ring road.
Paid for express . Package arrived short of a week later . One item missing and the wrong pair of shoes . Not only it was the wrong pair of shoes but their was only one shoe. I’m still waiting for the refunds they say it’s been refunded however still nothing. Won’t buy from them again. Still waiting for a reply from customer service it’s been a week
