Bought a car from Keith at Ratcliffe a few weeks ago. Very nice guy and made the experience extremely easy. After buying the car I became aware that it had a small existing issue so I called Keith and he was able to book it in the next day to have it looked at. All covered under their warranty so I didn't have to pay a penny! Really happy I went with Ratcliffe, strongly recommend them!.

Excellent service from first walking onto Keith's forecourt, very welcoming great to deal with, will work with you to get you the best deal. And his after sales care is top notch had small issue month after buying car Keith brought car back and sorted it that day. Just what you want when buying a car.
