Have been coming  here for over 3 years,  have never felt so relaxed and comfortable in a salon.  The beauticians are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  Mel is amazing, and is not only my beautician but someone i now trust to confide in.  I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Tried to book here for a pedicure and a lip wax but was told there was only 45 min slot. Fair enough so I was happy to pay the full price and have a shorter app for the pedicure. Got a whole lecture on how stressed the beautician was working 12 hour shifts and that I had to decide which I wanted because she wanted to go home. As a nurse I also work long days so I decided to find somewhere else to do the lip wax and rang back the following morning before opening time. She basically told me I had hung up on her (totally untrue), didn't like my tone and had filled my booking (they'd agreed to keep the slot) before the shop had re-opened and then hung up on me and left the phone off the hook when I rang to speak to a manager!! How rude.  I wouldn't dream of speaking to my patients like that....

My mum Sara visits the beauty lounge on a regular basis, always receives first class service and nothing is any trouble for them.  Mel is my mum's beauty therapist and makes my mum look a million dollars.

I came in for an in-termite bikni Wax and I loved the experience.. for my first one I believe that, they are a fabulous and beautiful salon. Therapists are amazing and I swear by this Salon and will keep coming back!

I highly recommend this to ANYONE!
