I bought my first car in August after scouring many websites for the perfect fit came across this independent company owned by a friendly bunch super helpful and straight to the point. They were able to provide a home delivery free of charge as I still had a provisional license. Very happy with my purchase drive is smooth and car is running amazingly and also just recently passed my driving test in it. Would defo recommend buying a car from the guys at car city Medway!
So I didn't post a review straight away as I've been burnt by dealerships before being told it's a "good reliable car" however these guy's here deserve the good review of 5 stars I've given them! When I turned up Andy came over introduced him self and said he would be around if we needed him. No pushy sales stuff that I was dreading. I found the car I wanted. Took it for a test drive again no pressure!! Went in sat with Andy who helped from beginning to end with the finance explained everything from the off and was extremely helpful I even stopped him half way through to call my partner to discuss. 17 months later my car is still going strong and I still love it! No unpleasant surprises just a good reliable family car. Cheers Guys. I'm sure we will see you when we want our next car.
After reading reviews we were a bit unsure whether to try this car sales but they had the car we wanted. It was a pleasant surprise to find a car sales that are as helpful and passionate about their business. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We would definitely buy from them again and recommend to our friends.
I don't normally leave reviews but this time I felt it was warranted. We cannot recommend Car City Kent enough. The professional and unhurried way in which we were treated was very reassuring. I had been driving the same car for over nine years and as it was a much smaller car I was a little nervous. After making an appointment we visited to take a look at a particular car. Lee was very helpful in answering a barrage of seemingly random questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It is very clear that he enjoys the cars. He gave us time and we did not feel pressured into making a decision one way or the other. The car was in spotless condition and attention to detail was evident. From the time we walked across to the car to the time we left with a nice shiny new car we were extremely happy with the service. Thank you!
Andy was amazing from the first enquiry down to hand over. He is honest reliable and very knowledgeable which I know you don’t get with many car dealers. Hand over was over an hour long which really helped when buying a car, Lee was also extremely good with part ex. I would definitely recommend car city Andy and Lee and will definitely go back when my car is due. Also the car is amazing thank you so much Zara and Steve x

Brilliant experience from both Andy and Lee , made to feel welcome and was given as much time that we Needed to decide on the car that we wanted, no pressure to buy now, we went away and thought about our decision and were welcomed back again, even if to other sales people we may have appeared time wasters. We got our car and the care package was tailored to us and all finance options were explored and made clear, love our car and know if I have any issues I can go straight back to them for advice or guidance . Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful no hassle car sales. Paid a visit to Car City to look at a Renault Clio. Spent a good couple of hours there looking around cars without being hassled, and Andy was happy to answer any questions we had. Ended up buying the Clio, and Andy even posted me a spare battery for one of the key cards which arrived the next morning. All in all a stress free purchase. Would recommend this car sales to family and friends. Keep up the good work. THANK YOU.
