Well the vets themselves are first class, looked after my cat but the customer service / after service and finance are shocking. We actually turned up with our cat and their systems were down two people priced up the cost of the care in front of both my wife and I and we instructed them to go ahead. The receptionist there informed up that they will probably owe us some money back and then we started getting pursued for double the amount of the cost. When I tried querying the cost, they chose to bring out the heavy weapons and threaten me with debt collectors. To protect the individuals concerned, I will not name names because it is not on - but literally I have received letters through the post regularly on a monthly basis which I have replied to since August 2017 I think - I reply to every one of them but they choose to ignore it. So whilst I have been a client across the Chantry Vets group, they have not only lost a client (with 5 cats) for Hemsworth, they have lost it for the whole company. Good going!

They've been great with my pets. Would definitely recommend for ferret and dog owners.
