We have purchased a Maxus Deliver 9. It's brand new and only a few months old. It has gone into limp mode and lights have come on! This is the garage local to our engineer. The van is not drivable and we can not run our business and the best the service will offer is 4 to 6 weeks to look at it! How do we run a business with a broken new van that you will not look at for so long! Disgusting service. Avoid at all costs if you want any kind if after service! Told me to go and look else where! Really??!

What can I say the guys at channel bailed me out again. 5 star service and goes the extra mile. All you have to do is ask and they will try to sort it .
