This evening I had planned to meet two friends. I usually use another firm but they had a busy tone so I used yours instead. I rang and was told the taxi would arrive in 10-15mins. Over half an hour later I call up. The gent on the phone doesn't appear to believe me at first then can see on the system I'm being genuine about my wait. I'm so disappointed and was unable to get through to another firm so cancelled my evening out. Thanks alot if you're going to mess people around given them realistic time frames so they can work around it.

A joke of a buisness, they dont give an eta then driver gives up and drives off after 45 seconds and drives off.

Had to ring twice as they couldn't find us. Left our bag in taxi and they had the audacity to charge a pregnant woman and disabled person for another journey to bring it back to us. Never again.
