I'm sorry but I cant even give this company 1 star but have to allocate something!. We rang early afternoon to prebook a taxi for 7.15pm that evening. The booking was confirmed. 7.15pm no taxi, 7.30pm no taxi. Rang at 7.40pm to be told that they were 'Busy' and we were looking at a minimum of a further 15 minute wait. I asked why, when we had prebooked the taxi, they did not tell us that they couldn't guarantee that it would arrive on time. The guy on the phone just kept repeating 'we are busy'.......yes, and because it was Saturday evening and with that in mind, we PREBOOKED FOR 7.15pm. The taxi finally arrived at 7.50pm. The driver advised us that he had only just been 'dispatched' to us. He apologised for our wait and we said it wasn't his fault. We arrived at our function after the meal had started being served. Do NOT use this company. We actually questioned whether we should book the taxi home as we arrived, to give time for it to turn up! We weren't the only ones who had problems with this company. Avoid like the plague! Use one off the other companies or designate a driver from your party!

Requested a taxis pick my wife up from the station as she had been working in London and it had taken her 6 hours to get home explain she was in heels and was struggling to walk taxi didn’t bother to wait for her the guy in the office was rude and not at all helpful, my wife ended up walking home in bare feet will not ever use again
