Excellent, efficient service from this Taxi operator. Booked a Friday 11:30pm taxi collection from Lime Street station in Liverpool and was pleasantly surprised to find the cab arrived precisely at the arranged time. The driver was polite and friendly and the fare was less than the estimate provided over the phone. Overall I am completely satisfied with the service given and will not hesitate to use this firm again in the future

Was picked up from Formby Hall golf resort and spar on 1-5-2022,after being let down waiting outside for an hour by Delta,the resort got me a taxi from village,Arrived promptly,lovely pleasant driver,chatted all the way home to  Birkenhead

The driver was nice but nobody told us it would be cash only. The operator on the phone was extremely rude and shouted at me on the phone multiple times. The wait time was also more than 20 minutes.

Rarely use this taxi company,  but some of the drivers are shockingly dangerous.  The guy who drives the silver people carrier especially. The muppet has nearly written off my car twice in the past year.  Here's a tip mate: don't do an illegal u-turn on a blind bend,  and then get agitated when someone points it out.

Booked a taxi for 8 people; was told it would be a people carrier, from Liverpool back to Formby.  Only to find that  1 Mercedes C class turned up, which could only accommodate 4 people!. Paid a deposit in advance for 4 of us to be left out in the cold whilst they “booked us another one” very unprofessional and just outright bad organisation.

Great service 10/10 booked car Formby to Southport and return later..arrived for pick up Bang on time for both. Friendly drivers. First time used...but not the last!!! No complaints. Thank you!!!

Used village radio cars to pick up my 90 year old father in law from terminal 3 on Saturday14th Nov. Flight was due in 12:55 the driver phoned me at 12:45 wanting to know why he's not outside. Driver parked in the short stay and walked to the terminal as my father in law does not have a mobile phone. Made to walk 20 mins to the car park carrying his heavy bag and then told to put his wet coat in the boot so the seats don't get wet. On the way home he was also told not to open the window as it was draughty. Remember this was a 90 year old man. I hope this driver finds his true calling in life as soon as possible. If you don't like your job, quit and do something else. Life is short.
