Clean, comfortable. You get what you pay for. A good budget place to stay. Do not be fooled. Definately not a 3 Star Hotel. A budget guest house.

It is a lovely place to stay, especially if you are on a tight budget. The staff were friendly and eager to solve any problem, helped with the luggage, ordered taxis. Clean and surprisingly quiet for such a bustling place like Croydon! Thank you!

Not bad, nothing special. Staff were helpful enough. Free breakfast included but perhaps slightly misleading as you wont get the usual Full English Breakfast, but a bit of toast, cereal and fruit. Maybe this is a London thing? Room was alright, like a lot of other places it could do with a freshen up for the 21st century but it did the job. For the price its okay.

the room is for 2 stars, toilets and bathroom for - 2 stars (so horrible, especially bathroom). Not recommend.
