Attentive service at check in. Clean room. Great offer price
Very good hotel with Covid systems all on place. Underground secure parking is additional charge, and breakfast is a takeaway bag with cereal, milk, yogurt, maybe fruit, juice carton and a piece of cheese. Rooms were quiet and I slept well during my week + stay. Best was rooms had 2 hobs, microwave / grill and a fridge. A/C was fine and room in general was perfectly acceptable. Rooms were cleaned by requesting and leaving sign on door handle.
Room was very clean, sheets and bed made well.. It was not hard to find and quite central for local places to visit.. On the downside, I am disappointed with the staff in tonight 11.06.21, they did not check my identification, nor did they tell me that the room did not have any breakfast included with the price. Booking.com offered the same rate as the hotel direct but theirs included breakfast. Staff professionalism needs work. The person that checked me in was happy to offer me parking at £7 a night but did not talk about any other added extras breakfast, bar, meals. I rang late to order my breakfast because i thought this was incuded with the fee fine, my own fault, the night receptionist did not offer me the option of paying extra for this breakfast but was quick to tell me there was no breakfast offered and asked me if that was all..... Professionalism, being able to tell guests of all that BWP has to offer will be invaluable for all your customers.
This place has been placed in a nice and quiet area. The rooms are all modernised and fully equipped and it's above all other B&Bs. Very nice and polite staff absolutely taking care of everything.Rooms: 5/5
Generally a clean room, however the rest of the hotel and service was really appalling. We didn’t appriciate the being placed in a room that didn’t have a window or at least if there was no window there was no air circulation function in the toilet or in the room. The AC was only on one side of the room. Service was substantially poor upon the basic request for simple amenities such as an iron etc…. I honestly would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel. The only positive thing In the hotel was the housekeeper Juilanne she managed to get us an iron within minutes. Reception staff could have been more helpful.
Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.
stay at this hotel on summer trip 2018, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are neat and clean but not too big, the facilities are okay. the breakfast menu is quite decent although not much variety but it's appropriate.Rooms: 4/5
Located near croydon medical College... place were refugees stay. Have got the amenities to keep them safe. Management needs to improve a lot in the aspect of cleanliness. Inexperienced Customer service.
This is my second time staying here in less than a year, and I am not disappointed at all! This is definately one of the cleanest hotels in London and I always choose to stay here and rather spend more time on travelling than staying close to the main attractions and staying at a place with terrible hygiene. The prices are also good and the rooms are of a good size with everything you need for a good stay. The staff is always very helpful. They even apologize if some of their recommendations don't turn out as good as you'd think! Service from start to finish. The only reason I am not giving it a full 5-star is because the area is not good especially during the evenings, and travelling to and from the main city can be a hassle. The turn down service can also be a bit better as the maid usually just fixes the covers without actually tidying up the bed first. But these are all just small things and I would still recommend the hotel
Room was really nice and quiet. Staff was helpful and always present in the reception. Only problems I had was the fact that you can't have the shower head higher and hotter. Also the food wasn't very good, had the fish & chips and you could tell that the fish was a bird eye knock off from the freezer put in a fryer.
