They looked after my first car for at least a decade. I have high respect for them because they are honest and knows pretty much everything about cars. Customer service is top marks. You may encounter Rob, he is a nice guy, has always been. The best of all is they don't rip you off. Always excellent value for money. I will not hesitate recommending them because I know clients will not be disappointed. It is heartwarming as they can still remember me despite my long absence.
The best garage you’ll come across be it for your classic or modern car! Always receive a 5* service- quick turnaround, thorough and detailed work carried out each time, honest professional and sound advice too! Customer service is unrivalled and Rob and Ray always go out of their way to help no matter how big or small the problem. Can’t recommend them highly enough there isn’t another place like this
CCK are the definition of a great independent garage, their work level is far above the modern franchised dealers in my experience. CCK have looked after our older Porsche 993 and more modern Smart, Fiesta and motorbikes with no issues. Always honest, reliable and truthful in recommending work.Services: Oil change
Excellent, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service. Ray was amazing, prompt, welcoming, honest and communicative. He kept me informed of progress and did a brilliant job. My car was ready on time with a big smile. I will certainly be taking my car to them again. Excellent first class customer service. Thank you very much Ray and the team.

I would go elsewhere, I have been to CCK on 2 occasions now, once to paint a motorcycle, which was returned to me painted with plastic bumper paint, completely ruining the bike, CCK agreed to re paint the motorcycle, once again in plastic bumper paint ruining the bike twice. The second occasion was for a tyre change, normal practise is to put the new tyres on the driven wheels for safety. CCK decide to call me mid job to state that swapping the wheels over will cost another £24 for what I assume is 10 mins labour. Otherwise I can take the car back with improper front tyres and unsafe to drive. Really disappointed on both occasions, I had hoped a simple tyre change would be easy and professionally carried out here but I was wrong, they try to grab every last penny possible.

Honest and Reliable, Car Care have consistently provided great service. I've been using them for several years, including when I was managing a large fleet of rental vehicles, and I've never had any problems. Nothing but positive experiences, it is great to have found a garage that is reliable and extremely trustworthy.
Excellent , clean Garage first class customer service and they have got excellent experienced team. i would highly recommend this Garage to every one. they fixed my new range rover so quick and a lot cheaper than land rover and other garages i have used in the past,
