My partner went to Carphone warehouse Netherfield yesterday to take back my lead from my S8+ phone 
Charger to phone
The cable had come away at the phone end
I bought the phone in November 2017
She was told the cable was not under guarantee so I couldn’t charge my phone
She told them I was thinking of up grading my phone and am a cash buyer
Low and behold he gave her a cable

My first time using car phone warehouse and my experience was very good, this was mainly down to the service I received from Luke. He was very helpful and polite. Definitely a credit to the company!

Went in to see if I could get a refund for my Zagg screen protector for my 2 day old Galaxy S8 but was lied to when an employee said that I had get it exchanged or refunded at the Carphone Warehouse where I brought it from however I checked on the official website to find out that I could turn up to any Carphone Warehouse store and request a replacement. 

A other employee managed to find me a replacement that I could exchange for but it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock, so I asked for a refund because it would make the Zagg screen protector go past the 28 day return policy and was still refused to get a refund. 

Walked out of the store and complained to Carphone Warehouse Customer services which resolved the issue quickly.

Friendly and efficient service, got exactly what I wanted and at a great price too. Aftercare service was great also, well definetly use them again.
