Never will I shop there again. Made me carry a returns all the way home again demanding that a courier needs to pick the parcel up cause they could not be bothered to put it away and store it. So I was allowed to pick up delivery from there but not allowed to return it there pathetic behaviour from Staff who were very rude
Poor service from all staff encountered including manager. They are more interested in being right than listening to the customer. I will not be returning to this store or company, I would rather spend mu money on elsewhere. Shame that they had to loose business over their poor attitude.
Store is fine. I have found that b and a usually have very helpful staff. Not this store! I spoke with two members of staff in store on my visit and they were not interested in the slightest. I won’t be visiting this store again sadly.
Wow what a huge shop. Lots of stuff. As it is Christmas time they were selling in their garden only Christmas stuff. Huge variety of stuff. They have everything u need at home.
Let's play a game of making it difficult to shop if you have a wheelchair. Hide the wheelchair trolley behind a sign, leave the watering hoses in the narrowest isles so you can't get through.nYes if asked the very polite staff would move them, but does an able bodied person have to ask for a trolley, or to walk around the store?
