Had a brilliant experience in this store with exceptional customer service from Adam. I asked a colleague of his for a product and they weren’t sure where it was but Adam overheard and offered assistance. Initially he failed to find the exact thing I was after. I carried on with the rest of my shop and as I was about to leave and he came running after me with what I was after initially. He was keen to assist and went out of his way to do so. That’s hard to come by nowadays.
The delivery driver handed me a bag full of groceries I didn't order meaning all items I purchased were missing. This is 100% the fault of Morrisons in store grocery pickers, my new years eve was ruined due to Morrisons incompetency. I'm left void of the money I paid and my grocery. Please do better in the future there's no way this should have happened.
One of my favorite supermarket. I luv Morrison, wish we had such supermarket in Sweden. A must when I am in Nottingham. The prices are reasonable. Huge varieties of stuff. Although not enough staff if you want to ask something. Big car parking facility too. Quite long que while at the check out counter.
Huge one and lots of choice, even Korean instant noodle and Hong Kong style drinks, especially fresh veggie and fruit, will visit again!
So... Morrisons have gone to war with the new local Sainsbury's for the lunch time custom. I reckon they've smashed it. They've opened the Food Market where you can get all types of fresh food cooked infront of you! It ranges from Pizza, to hot pasta dishes, toasties, chicken, pies and chargrilled delights... they even have a waffle and milkshake kiosk! I'm super impressed... check out the photos - they even gave away free meals on launch day! Well done Morrisons!
