Always have good deals on branded products (I always buy Wheetabix and Galaxy Chocolate). I would steer away from most of the B&M own brand stuff though.

This is the best B&M store in Nottingham. It has a wide range of various household products, DIY and food. Very good layout, spacious without narrow aisles.

Prices are very good. However, like Aldi and Lidl, they do not seem to employ many staff. Although having 6 or 7 tills, only 2 were in operation at 4pm on a busy Saturday, 9 days before Christmas. The queues were about 20m long - Ridiculous. When it appeared that another till was about to open, I moved into the till isle only to be ‘curtly’ told that ‘it’s not opening’ by a very rude and abrupt member of staff who appeared to have a position of seniority. As I said at the beginning, prices are good, the stock is pretty good. But the lack of staff is a problem.

The service is so slow 2 tills open at least 10 people waiting in each queue no sign of any management or colleagues coming to help cashiers didn't even ring for help colleagues not allowed to do refunds or discounts very poor customer service
