Such a great value place this always have offers on like 2 or sometimes 3 children's toys for £20 and the staff are so friendly and helpful

Very slow and poor customer service at the tills, clearly the team are unhappy and show it. They have over five services and normally only one maybe two are open. The ques are long and they never have enough stuff to cover. No managers anywhere and stock all over the place.

I've been here a few times before and didn't have anything good or bad to say, but me and my partner went in today to purchase a cutlery set and a cutlery drawer organiser, we were ID'd at the till, I was the one making the purchase and i had my ID but we were forced to walk back to the center of netherfield less than an hour before closing to grab my partners ID despite the fact that that same woman has served him alcohol before and seen his ID, I'm 4 months pregnant and the walk exhausted me to the point I threw up since we had to be quick to make it back before closing. To make matters worse when we returned to the store, we were served by another woman who was incredibly rude, I had my hands full and was trying to sort out my change so I pinched the £10 note I had between my lips and the woman demanded I give her a different note, as if she wasn't going to sell me the product if I didn't have another note. We then asked for the names of the staff who we'd spoken to so we could file a complaint due to their rude behaviour but we were refused. If they'd all been polite about it we wouldn't have minded, but the condescending tones and rude looks we were recieveing were ridiculous. Well be going to castle marina next time.

Can you give a no star rating? 18/06/24 To all customers, please check the packing area before you start packing your shopping... Unfortunately for me there was cleaning product with bleach on the packing area that I did not see. It covered the bottom of my shopping bag and ended up bleaching my jeans. Emails sent to customer service who refuse to accept liability. But who would make stuff up like this?? It's disappointing to say the least! So trying to shop wisely and make every penny count didn't quite work out for me on that occasion! I won't be going back. There's other places to shop with friendlier and more honest staff. Question to staff and manger there... Why treat customers like lairs and cheats. Most if not all of us are honest and hardworking.

We’d 31 I pot in before me partner finish work. And I went too get sum compost according to another colleague apparently she’s not allowed to serve me, which is pathetic so is piss me off big time so I’m writing a complaint to the big boss and thought her colleague is rude to my partner so from now on am not shopping at this store because the staff are rude
