First time using this pub as bother moved to the area. Found it clean, staff friendly and good value. Meals where brought out to us quickly and they all were hot and tasted great. Will be back for food and drinks for sure
Very friendly staff the lads behind the bar was great checking food was ok back and forth . Food was nice . On site parking . Outside beer & smoking areas. Large menu choice
5* always. Booked a table for 11. She called back took all our orders and said , if we don't have it we will get it.. and she did. 10/10 bloody lovely
I received a gift voucher for Christmas to use. A family of 2 adults & 2 children. My son is currently wheat and lactose free. Having spoke to a member of staff, he was very efficient and extremely helpful in addressing my sons meal requirements. Although the menu was limited my son was happy with his choice. Great food and great service. We will definitely return here again.
Came here for food with the girls! Loved it!! we had Philly steak, fish and chips and gammon. It was all beautiful and nothing was too much for cat and the team, it was a birthday celebration and the card and balloon was such a thoughtful touch from them all. Would highly recommend.
Never had a bad experience really. A tiny bit hit and miss sometimes. Boxing day last year was disappointing however given the covid situation was expected. Come here often at lest 2-3 times a month. Food is always good service is always fairly quick. Great menue and good price.
Really enjoyed my visit this week with my family. A few of us had steak, and the kids were well accommodated with the children's menu, which included a dessert. Table service on point, with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend
My wife and I just came in and had a really nice meal at a really good price. The food was excellent, staff were really friendly. 0 complaints whatsoever, we’ll definitely come back again!
It is pointless to reserve a table here as staff don’t bother saving one for you. Always loud, people cramped in and food mediocre. The outside seating area is decent in warmer weather but we probably won’t be visiting again any time soon.
Myself the wife and granddaughter come for food on 4th September. We ordered table service for food and drink as the option is there. The drinks didn’t come at all and after 20 minutes my wife had to get up in frustration and ask why we have no drinks in being told “i need to serve all the walk in customers first and get the cue down”. We waited another 15 minutes in which by that time there had been no customers a few times. A drink was left on the side 10 minutes prior to going back again. To us going back and asking for drinks as our food was due she pulled her face and did the drinks then when we asked for ice she rolled her eyes and said I’ll have to go downstairs as if it was effort. So we said doesn’t matter then when we asked for my husbands drink she said it was on the bar. It was the drink she made 15 minutes or so prior. How disgusting a staff member can treat people this way. Food was lovely but the individual staff wasn’t.
