All the available tables (and there were quite a few) hadn't been cleared which is frustrating. Had to clear my own table before sitting down. Also, like many chain coffee places no option for filter coffee. Just the convenient to make and inferior Americano. Otherwise this place would be pretty good.

Just been there recently, the lady who made our cafe had been friendly. The others have been cleaning around even though we have been waiting for a good couple of minutes. The worst was when the guy just finished sorting out the rubbish and without washing his hands unloaded the dishwasher and started to pack the cups and plates up to their places. Never felt more disgusted in my life.

Cafe Nero in Caterham serves good coffee and nibbles. But the furniture is very run down and shabby. Toilets are not cared for.

Probably my favourite coffee shop in Reigate, really like the upstairs area its very spacious and there's books you can read if you want to. Only complaint is when I've been in there before and ordered a caramel latte the misheard and got me a camomile tea.

Meets the expected standard for a Caffe Nero, which is my favourite of the chains. Warm and friendly. Plenty of space upstairs, and they let dogs in. The winding stairs could be a bit of a challenge if you're carrying a heavy tray of coffees!
