Love the refurbishment and the coffee is always good. This is the only other costa I visit in MK. The one near John Lewis is always too busy and too loud.

Is this the best Costas ever..... Probably. Without doubt has the best staff. Also the best approach in dealing with customers. Other Costas they will take order after order after order with one poor soul making it all. Then after you have stood in a crowd of 8 people all waiting for their drinks you find they have got it wrong. What is the point! They do not do that in this one. There are many options around Milton Keynes for a Costas coffee but we now only go to this one. The staff make this place. Excellent.

Great and friendly staff, allways positive and nice with cuwtomers. Like most coffee places it does get busy and you will need to wait for the coffee, but it worth as they serve good quality coffee.

Flake was put *in* in the hot chocolate not on the cream. 50% of the tables were vacant, yet none had been cleared. No napkins anywhere to clean the table ourselves. They had ran out of eat-in mugs too so they had to give us takeaway cups. Also they substituted in a takeaway cup lid for a teapot lid because they had ran out of them too.

Great location, staff are friendly if overly 'trendy'. Good Pokestop and power access. Hit at 10.30+ for the best cheese and ham baguette in MK.
