Always have a nice experience here, great food, excellent service from friendly staff and reasonably priced. Also love their coffee! Recommend :-)

DISGUSTING SERVICE! Came here for breakfast and was completely ignored by all members of staff (5 in total). There was a couple in front of us with a baby and they too were ignored. All the staff looked at us, as 5 people blocking the doorway is naturally easy to acknowledge, but they just glanced and carried on with what they were doing. Any normal place would tell their customers to please wait, they'll find us a table in blah blah minutes etc. Nope, not this place! The family in front of us left but we thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt. 3 minutes later and 4 different glances from their staff and still nothing, we left too! Never giving them our business again! God knows how many more customers they missed out on. Wouldn't even give them one star if it were possible!! Btw, we went to carluccio's opposite and got seated immediately: coincidentally next to the family that was previously at cafe rouge lol.

The chicken burger is great but make sure tell them to take of the mayo. They have a special mayo which has a similar taste to wasabi. I had to reorder the burger without any sauces for better taste. You can order ketchup and mayo afterwards

Lunch today 12/01/18 Bouillabaisse as main course. Dry, tasteless, very little liquid Crepe au four. Dried up, mainly mushrooms, tasteless. The restaurant was not busy, there was no excuse for such awful poor quality badly prepared food. However the service was excellent shame there was nothing French about the cuisine.
