I love all of their baguettes 😍 very tasty

Good food and coffee. Lots of vegetarian options. Bright and nice interior and the staff are always friendly. It is still chain and you need to queue but overall better than Starbucks, Costa and Nero.

Its a Pret... you should know what you are getting! However this is a good one; the staff are friendly and accommodating. Been here at least once a fortnight for over two years and no complaints yet.

Reported a shop lifting incident to girl on the cash desk at 11.15 this morning. Girl looks left then right, then pulls a face! So we took it to a girl stacking the fridge - she just looks at us. No communication whatsoever! My husband continues to give her a description of the shop lifter and she still doesn't acknowledge him! Serious training required in basic customer service and shop security. Very poor service here and towards a customer simply trying to help your business! Shocking!

Looks nice from the outside, water diluted coffee and cakes which cost too much don't prove for a quality experience
