Terrible... I ordered a Flat White, however the drink I received was a mess. I watched the Barista, now I use that term lightly, "construct" my drink and was shocked. She used a filthy jug which contained previously frothed milk from another order. She topped it up with fresh cold milk and reheated the contents of the jug. The espresso appeared to be fine, however, upon examination of the drink served, there were coffee grounds in beverage. Caused due the portafilter or the coffee machine not kept clean. My request for a replacement drink was met with frustration from the server. I do not need to argue my point when I am correct so I left without a drink or a refund. I will not return!

Ordered 2 drinks and they were completely wrong. Next round had no cream on as advertised & paid for. 3rd and 4th time the cream was rotten. The pastries were so stale I could use them to build a house.

not as good as other caffe nero, they messed up coffes for the customer infront of me, and my latte doesnt taste good at all

Staff are quite rude. When we went it was chaos as they were not organised. Tables dirty and full of used items. Got my order wrong and did not apologise.

SCUM level service, burn your toastie and then they take 10 minutes to remake it, seating is bad and way too low, did I mention the staff are not good
