Would give them minus stars if I could.  Waited 20 minutes in a queue for a drink that is sold out but is still being advertised and then being made to feel I was in the wrong when I complained.  If you are not selling it then take it off the menu.  Disgusted and won't be coming back!

Got a mocha latte yesterday, either the milk was off or they heated the same milk twice. Resulting, in a bad stomach. Having worked for a coffee company in the past, I think the barista are poorly trained or most likely don't care.
