Car Hire UK focused the Latest vehicle rental at London Heathrow Airport and London Gatwick Airport and expanded its branch networth throughout the UK offering good service and latest types of vehicles for all budgets from a small ka to a 9 seater mini bus or latest Mercedes.

customer service really good thanks emily, we loved the arrive and drive so easy, good price and nice car : this place so convenient located in the town right next to the train station so easy to get to and from, certainly recommend

Terrible. The absolute worst. If you book from overseas, you will be charged £500 as security. This is not just on hold, but they charge it to your card. Then, at the end of the rental, you wont get it back. I had to call a lawyer. They really are scum. Check the BBC news.

Just got my car this morning no problems what so ever and at a great price for 21 days strongly recommended 

Upon arrival at Heathrow airport we were greeted by a friendly member of the firm. The car was immaculate, and although we found the booking online a little confusing, the customer service term on the phone were extremely helpful; and even booked us with a cheaper price than the one quoted on the website! Highly recommend!

Do not touch this company, they are real con artists. Total rip off. When you try contact them by phone nobody ever answers.

Something must have gone wrong with the Hastings/St Leonards branch. Booked online. No response. Customer Service phone numbers don't work.
