Great service and easy collection. Car was just what we needed

Excellent service and a great 'can-do' attitude. Helped massively when Enterprise van hire let me down with hire of a van going to France and back. Will be using again!

A huge thank you to Rob at your depot at Piltdown. A great help and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process of renting a van quick and easy, and his customer service was excellent as was the cost. A big thumbs up and I will be back.

Service was friendly, the van I hired was a clean and a smooth quiet ride with plenty of room to get the job done. Rates are more than fair. Will definitely be using them in the future

I didn’t get my deposit back?! I handed the van back a day early, dusted out and cleaned . I was told it would “float back into my account” whatever that means! I have checked my balance and added everything up and no money has been returns . No reason and £100 down , not happy.

Well, what can I say. I'm flabbergasted. A car rental company that doesn't know if its vehicles are MOT'd or not! I booked a vehicle with a towbar, specifically, in advance. Uploaded all the docs in their system which the guy couldn't even find when he looked for them and drove all the way to Uckfield 20 min to collect, only to be told the vehicle didn't have an MOT. The person behind the desk didn't even know we were coming and the car obviously wasn't ready. What a waste of time. Had to then find a last minute car hire, another 40 min away.

I have used Choice Rentals for last 25 years, utilising cars ,minibuses and Luton vans, always been the best value in the area, no point in going anywhere else. Everyone courteous and very helpful, thank you . Deserved 5 stars rating.

This is not a hiring company this a scrape ward with dodge unsafe vehicle to rent. It was a hard lesson for me to find out, the vehicle has no brake, faulty gear box and rusty all over. Smelly and extremely dirty as well. I ve never ever thought that a company in UK could provide such a service. They have their own customer base which i will never be one of them.

Gone down to book a Van, message on the door, be back at 11.30AM. phone number on the door no reply. Friday morning the yard looks like a junkyard, scrap cars no wheels, poor reception, do not go the extra mile to make customers happy, poor correspondence, looks like thay have lost the will for business.regards ron
