Fantastic product on offer from this company. Excellent spec cars , all brand new and changed into new ones regularly. No huge finance commitment like a traditional lease. hassle free. Hired a little VW E-up for the weekend. Great little car and had no issues with hire. Did the check and inventory with a staff member before hire and deposit was returned immediately after hire. Good prices too.

I leased a brand new fiesta st line for 3 months from Apex while waiting for a factory order car. Price was very reasonable. Free delivery and collection to my home address. Customer service was brilliant, the staff I dealt with Hannah, Jodie and Paul were great, emails were answered promptly, they actively made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. When the car was collected I received my deposit back with no issues or delays. I highly recommend Apex, and if I need another short term lease in future I’ll definitely go back to them.
Excellent Service From the start Hannah and Paul were great in dealing with my application. Leased from them for 14 months and the car's were always in tip top condition when exchanged for the next rental period. At one point, I was even fortunate enough to be given an upgraded car due to the particular car I ordered not being in stock. Highly recommend them. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
Really dissapointed with Apex. It took ages to get an answer from them and has now left me in a tricky situation sourcing a vehicle. My application failed because I am new business which was explained and I offered a personal guarantee. I have a good credit rating. Reason for failing was not on the electoral roll which probably should be a question prior to applying if its a deal breaker or instant refusal. First time I have ever had an issue apply for a line of credit anywhere. Why it took so long to get an answer was because the director was on holiday.
After being notified that my new car on order was going to be delayed I needed to find transport within days to enable me to start my new job, having done lots of internet searching and phoning around Apex rental were the only company that could provide me a car at a great price at such short notice. Jodie at Apex Eastbourne went above and beyond to help me out. I provided all the relevant information the company require prior to the cars rental and Jodie worked efficiently and promptly to secure a car for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Apex In Eastbourne & Jodie for her professionalism.
Ive just finished my 3 month rental with this Company, Cant fault their service. No crafty tactics like most on the return of vehicles. All the vans were less than 12 months old with less than 10k so you're driving safe vehicles. would happily use again if needed.
This is a very local company and you don’t realise the impact of this until something goes wrong. There is no support and was given incorrect information when I contacted them. You’ll be left to sort everything out on your own miles from home. Be aware they only have the standard AA cover that comes with a new car so it’s very limited. They are definitely not there to help the customer. Don’t bother making a complaint to the director as your concerns won’t be answered and you’ll end up more annoyed and upset than you were in the first place. I will never use them again
Hired a brand new van which was lovely to drive but didn't get the van I ordered but too much hassel to change. Then was told I could not leave my car there over night, had to park on a side road. So you can imagine no parking anywhere, drove around at least 6 times, ended up putting my car in the multi storey car park. Then had to come back later to get it. Not happy. Sadly I did damage the van slightly and lost my £500 deposit. Probably only cost £80 to repair and that wont be done until its had more damage. Last negative, having to climb the stairs to get to the waiting room, not good when I have asthma and need an oxygen tank to breath again.....
