I rented a small combo van for the weekend and chose BVR because of they were the best deal I could find.  I was pleasantly surprised to find they were just as they describe on their website: A friendly local business. Even flexible. I recommend and would use them again.

This firm charged us for a full day rather than the 4 hours we originally paid for (an extra £20 on top of £25!!!)-. This was because we had gone 60miles instead of 50, a condition that we were not fully made aware of.
Couldn`t notice anything particularly special about the vans or the service. The guy rushed us through the contract and the condition check - i guess that`s good if you`re in a hurry.
Oh yeah, and don`t expect to park on site - that costs an extra £5.

I hire vans from BVR on a regular basis and have never had a bad experience from them. It appears the bad comments on here are people blaming BVR for their own mistakes??????
