Enterprise car rental in Hastings is the best! Every member of staff are polite and they all go that extra mile to help you I dealt mainly with Alex who was always available on the phone and never lost patience when I had to call him several times! Great company, great staff, great car rental experience! Highly recommend the Hastings branch and will definitely use them again and again.
My insurance company Hastings Direct have been useless after my car accident and I've had a stressful week. Bless the guys at enterprise bexhill, so understanding and helpful and down to earth I really appreciated them this week. Had courtesy car through my car insurance from enterprise. Really good customer service. Polite and professional. Dealt with Faysul and can't remember the name of the guy that I returned the car to. Highly recommended.
Forget five-star reviews, the Enterprise team in Bexhill deserves a platinum medal for service! From smooth sailing paperwork to genuine human connection, this crew made my rental experience an absolute joy. I recently had to use the service a few times.Ciaran, Katie, Charlie,Marcus, Jimmi, and Faysul welcomed me with warmth and understanding, readily tailoring the process to my needs. Their humor and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, transforming what could have been a mundane chore into a lighthearted adventure. But the spotlight truly shines on Michael, the manager. His empathy and willingness to go the extra mile truly exceeded expectations. Facing an unforeseen hurdle, Michael tackled it with calm, creative solutions, ensuring my journey continued without a hitch. His dedication to customer satisfaction went far beyond the call of duty.
Can't fault the service, picked up car, already for me clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Had a Vauxhall Mokka auto all electric car for a couple of days. Katie was excellent at making me feel at ease. The car was amazing and the whole experience was really good. Will definitely go back if I need a car again, as some car hire seem to have issues having auto cars available.
UPDATED DECEMBER 2023 STAY WELL CLEAR !! You are not insured like you think you are and everything is fine if no mishaps if you find your self in a predicament you will be screwed over and taken to a debt company to pay 5k and you wont have a leg to stand on !!! We thought we were insured to the highest level the boys in the offices DONT know the repercussions of what they are selling and even of what they are selling ! Go there at your own risk you have been warned!!! I have had to seek legal advice and being landed with a 5k bill when i had been miss sold an insurance that was inadequate for my needs though I visited 3 times and rung several times to make sure i was adequately covered. Accidents are called accidents for a reason as they are not planned or done on purpose and they have let me down. Its on going through legal and recovery but i would stay well away after experiencing this horrendous situation. Becareful! Research ALL rental places
Couldn't return the car earlier than agreed as paid on line. Why does it matter? Just return the money on my card. Shut Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. Why?
It takes an awful lot for me to write a bad review but Enterprise have left me with no choice here. I was scammed by the Bexhill branch for a damage to a tyre that I absolutely did not do, and the branch who picked up the car from a garage when I wasn't there didn't even have the nerve to question me about even though they phoned a few days later to check everything was ok with the hire!, I just got an invoice a week later claiming the damage! The amount was relatively trivial, but clearly this is a scam the branch must pull when a car needs a new tyre. I went into the branch to discuss this and was promised a call back by the area manager the folliwing day but as expected, I heard nothing. Clearly we won't be using Enterprise Bexhill ever again.
Excellent service from every one I dealt with. I would thoroughly recommend if you need a hire car.
