I want to Thank everyone at caremark for all the support while I was work with you guys.it was a privilege working there your best care company I have work with and I will never forget that. I want to thank Kerry and Xana for everything thing you done for me. Garry and Jayne thank you for everything thing it was a privilege looking after Ron and thank you for supporting me when my step dad passed away I would never got through it without you guys you all was like a family and it was a privilege to work for you.
Working with CareMark as another local business, they were fabulous. Prompt with responses and deadlines to the end both companies were delighted with the finished articles we provided them. The mutual respect and support that CareMark gives our company and other local companies is all part of their fabulous values and ethos. Recently I have had the opportunity to work for Caremark myself. I have found them nothing but supportive, helpful and respectful of everyone they work with. Full training and support given at the beginning with ongoing reviews and checks throughout. Any concerns raised are dealt with quickly and reasonably. I look forward to continuing working closely with and for CareMark and would highly recommend them to clients, staff and local businesses.
Wouldn't recommend this company for actual physical care.Theres no consistency and some of the carers will sit down most of the half hour call. Management don't really help either when it comes to checking what's happening, or if there is a problem.
Top rate carers mum did not have one bad carer they went out of their way to help her highly recommend the office were very kind too if mum needs help again I would defiantly choose these thank you all of those responsible for mums care
Have no respect between staff members that have issues during life that could possible effect work... And really don't know how to make a time table properly without messing it up Westwood cross
