Rarely have I come across 4 people who work for 4 separte branches of the same company who all share an incredible level of incompetance!
Trying to cancel a policy is just hard work when dealing with ineptitude on a grand scale.

origanaly quoted just under £300 nice yes thats what i thought. 2 weeks later after 3 ammendments same car no actual changes apart from wording now they want just under £600 just try and cancel the policy after their delays and reasurence that it would be reduced they took off 1 amendment. despite my complaints 5 visits to the office various phone calls at my expence. Yes i can cancel the policy if i pay them £164. I advise any one think hard and long before dealing with these people. Day light robbery and i cant do anything about it. I have gone eleswhere and even with a whole new policy and "swindles" charges it still works out cheaper
