Avoid at ALL cost. Staff member are rude and main office are no better. They are great when getting you to sign an agreement then they simply don't care. Washing machine needed new control panel so they collected to repair, then im told (eventually) it's non repairable and told it was damaged in transit. Never took complaints seriously. Got ombudsman involved and now they saying they don't know why I'm so sure it was damaged in transit.. well it's because they told me so.. and it's not been returned so where is it then? They've also just admitted that they mis-sold me the item as original one was second hand, and not new as promised. So I was paying full price for new to be given a second hand one.. and that's according to THEMSELVES. Plenty other places so avoid these cowboys. They actually had the nerve to ring me asking if I wanted any other items.. yet couldn't be bothered to ring me with update or info on current item. Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour and they have no ability to take responsibility for their actions. Do not trust, would be happy to see them shut down knowing no one else can be conned by them. Take care when dealing with rent to own, just hope other companies are more professional.

Brilliant The staff Manager Josh, assistant Colin and the girls have become friend's,the service is second to none. I would recommend the Margate BRIGHTHOUSE store to anyone who will listen to me. WELL DONE ALL.

The men are rude and have no consideration for others but the ladies are lovely to talk to i wouldn't recommend them !!
