Very professional and helpful service from Miles & Barr in Margate. I'm a first time buyer and they helped to make the purchase go as smoothly and quickly as possible - including keeping the sellers calm when I ran into some problems getting my mortgage approved. I exchanged this week and would definitely recommend.

Great branch and company. They were always there for my questions and were quick at responding. I have no dispute that miles and barr are the best estate agent in the area by far.

Def not on buyers side. Like most of agencies - greedy for profit BUT without  properly taking care of potential clients. Demand in Margate is definitely high but so is a need for decent estate agencies now!
