3/5 The Margate store A good store if you just need your basic bits. But honestly they really need to update and diversify their options. Normally the staff are great but their aren't enough staff on a lot of the time. Pharmacy is awful. I've been going my whole life and nothing ever changes.

They always have the basic things I need but the store is so dark and miserable.

I have a regular prescription for a heart condition and the service here is efficient and easy to use: they liaise with the GP and send a text message when the repeat prescription is ready. The Pharmacist and assistants are very friendly and helpful. The shop also has all the usual Boots stock, so it is convenient for that too.
