It is such a beautiful area! Really worth a visit. Not for the fainthearted if you want to walk all the way to the top of the valley but they do offer easier trails.

What more do you need to feel on top of the world? Stunning views, beautiful walks along the stream to explore on your own, with your kids or with your dogs, excellent for taking stunning pictures, there's a little shop too with local goodies, oh and did I mention the waterfall? You just have to go see for yourself, might even see us there as we keep coming back for more

Very picturesque valley, perfect for walking, picnics etc. The car park at the Church Stretton end is pay and display or free to National Trust members. There's an NT cafe nearby and then the paths begin, fairly flat and easy through the valley or a bit more challenging if you want to go higher for the views, see the reservoir or waterfall.

August '17 Great National Trust managed area of hilly heathland. 3 main waymarked paths: 1 easy; 1 moderate & 1 hard. Nice cafe & NT shop. Just 5 minutes from Church Stretton town centre. Plenty of parking along the lower valley which soon fills up.

Beautiful place for a walk!! The horses are so tame, my girlfriend (A qualified equine tutor) was able to walk over and pet them! I wouldn't recommend this unless you knew exactly what you were doing, as they can be dangerous. Can't wait to come back!
