Just got back after a 3 night camp in the woods and i couldn't be any happier with the site and facilities. Dan (i think his name was) who runs the carp lake gave us a tour of the camp and chatted with us about future plan's with the site which sound fantastic 👌 camp fires are allowed anywhere you choose, the toilets and showers are clean and you can't hear any roads noise with is rare in our country. What more do you want when camping? i will definitely be visiting this site again.

Had a fantastic stay here, Just myself and the two kids in the shepherds hut. We all had a brilliant time. Great accommodation and location. The owners are very helpful and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great choice of meadow or wild camping, loads of great spots amongst the woods, and large fishing lakes dotted around. The owners were very nice and accommodating and everything is reasonably priced. They had clean toilets and shower and bin facilities. We went with 2 children aged 4 and 5 and they loved playing in the woods.

Nice place for camping. They have a few cabins with basic necessities - bed, clean toilets etc if you don't feel like camping. Can bbq and have a camp fire to hearts content. Cabins are well spread out can be fairly private. Small lake / reservoir with some delicious trout! Has all the ingredients to make be a good relaxing retreat and perfect place to escape for a few days. Just hope the rain stays away!
