T@b 400. I bought my new caravan from John West 27 month ago. Living 140 miles away, it was unlikely I would be using them for repairs and servicing, instead using my trusted local Caravan Council trained service Engineer Ceri Giardelli. I am pleased to report that the T@b 400 has been a pleasure to own and use. The very minor issues that have arisen have been ably handled by my local engineer Ceri and very willingly supported by John at Springbank Leisure, who has very efficiently supplied the correct parts to my doorstep and reimbursed labour costs with neither delay or any quibbling whatsoever. Its nice to know that a good product is still available out there and that faults can be remedied efficiently and honourably by a genuine dealer, without the buyer having to battle a way through claim forms, arguments, threats, Trading Standards, and Stand-up rows that so many of my caravanning friends are forced to undertake with other makes and other dealers. If you want something different in terms of caravan, supplied by a thoroughly honourable dealer, get in touch with John.
