Onion rings were hard and felt/tasted stale and cold but waitress was amazing and sorted it out immediately! She was very helpful and tried to make sure we were taken care of even when it got busy. Never got her name but she was fab and made a lovely long Island iced tea! Place was clean and tidy, went early as knew it would be quiet which it was. Was given the wrong dessert and when we told the waitstaff it was dealt with quickly and professionally! Quick service, friendly staff and good quality of food! Total was a little over €50 for all ordered. Decent portions, would recommend.
Thank you for a lovely meal. We were served by Claire who couldn't have been more helpful, friendly & professional. Our special needs little boy was with us & was so excited to have a meal out & was treated with such respect by Claire. He was so happy leaving, he was holding her hand trying to bring her home with him. Our food was delicious & thank you so much for your hospitality.
Visited on a Sunday afternoon, it was reasonably quiet. Staff were nice and we were given a table immediately. The food was decent, I got the ribs which came in a huge portion as seen in the photo. Prices were okay. Would visit again.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The place had a lovely ambiance and there was plenty of distance from the other tables, adhering to current public health measures. Their food and cocktails were very nice and reasonably priced. Warning: if you’re feeling quite full and ordering chicken wings in hopes that it would be “something small” / appetiser size, think again. They give quite a big portion 40 pieces? for sharing. I ended up having to get the rest of them boxed to take away, but it’s all good. No complaints.
2.5 if Google would allow it. We are from the US so please take this as you will. Chain reaturants like this that are franchised in more than one city like Captain Americans are normally better. The resturant sort of reminds me a Planet Hollywood in refference to their decor. The resturant is large and during a playoff soccer game it was dead, that should have been our first sign I guess. We ordered a variety of food from the menu from hamburgers, to fish and even chicken. Sadly while the service was decent the food was well not at all. Lacking in flavor required us to use a LOT of condiments to help with the dish. To boost the dinner for four was $80 euro! If the food had been decent no problem, but it was not. - Large seating area - Basic flare bar food - Decent fries - Dipping sauce was good - Meals are lacking in flavor - Meals are expensive - Resturant is up three flights of stairs so if you need wheel chair accessory ot will not work
The service was excellent and so was the food....I love the atmosphere, very comfy and speciaous. Had 2 main courses and 2 desserts just under €40. Will certainly recommend it.

Went here for my sister's birthday, have visited numerous times and no issue. On this occasion the food wasn't quite as good as times previously and I was charged a euro when I asked for mayonnaise? Thought that was a bit rich.
Amazing food..didn't have to wait long... N the cocktails amazing!!
Good ribs and fries Fajitas are fine Enough quantity to get you full chicken wings isn’t good though
