Ordered online for pick up and when I went in they apparently never got the order even though I received an online confirmation of the booking. So I returned home and phoned the same place ordering food and they never turned up. Staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Won't be returning

Ordered through just eat for delivery, took 2 hours to come even though i live less than 10 minutes from them! had to phone to remind them of my order! food was cold
