04 Jan 25 @ 14.45. Ordered several individual items and asked for 5 sauces so the kids wouldn't need to share a sauce between each other. Told that the manager said 3 is the max. Wouldn't even let me pay for them. Yeah, those tiny free sachets of sauce. Poor management to lose an customer for something so pathetic. Food cold as always. Order was >£20.
Absolute riot of a place, don’t even know how they are still franchised. Every time I order out of sheer convenience, against my better judgement my order is always messed up. Stuff missing, no sauces or sauce on the wrong items. Do peoples allergies mean nothing to you also No point eating the dry chicken with no sauce so that’s my food for the night wasted. Joke of a place, it takes 2 brain cells to look at an order, then place what is written down in the bag. It’s not rocket science.
i ordered a grimace shake from this one but i usually order it from the mcdonalds at braehead and the grimace shake from braehead always taste nice but this one on paisley road it stinking it just tasted like a bitter pint of milk with chemicals in it it tasted like i was biting into a pine cone and the cup was half full. never again.
Ordered on app, got drinks at window then was parked up right away. Food came out about 10 mins later but were missing dips -5x in total as part of the chicken selects/nugget share box and cheesebites. Was frustrating as had to go back round drive thru and get these so by time we had our food, it was stone cold. Won’t go back to this one again as service must better at others - recommendation to improve would be make sure you give all customers their dips at same time as drinks, as this seems to work fine for other branches.
The worst McDonald's in the world! starting from the beginning as a customer, the staff is not interested in the customer working for pay, not liking their job, very slow, they don't care what is said to them. The food was prepared sloppily, the chips were broken photo, the fries were half-filled, many times the order was not complete part of the order was missing, for example, I will serve McFlurry without topping it's just ice and cookies, 2 parts, nothing difficult!!! I am disgusted with the quality of service, he is not interested in his work! they are always laughing and discussing events very loudly. Many times I witnessed them rolling their eyes and throwing orders on the counter! As a driver, I can say that it can't get any worse than the worst that can happen!!! These people do not realize that the customer is waiting for this, that drivers are paid for the delivered parcel and not for the hour of work!!! Disrespectful attitude, often no information about what order is being placed, throwing food on the shelf for suppliers! waiting times are the longest in the world even though there are no peak hours. Orders are completed very slowly and sloppily, even after asking where the order is because I have been waiting for a long time. Orders often arrive cold, incomplete or incorrect!!! and the McDonald's staff says it's the driver's fault!!! where from collection to delivery it takes 5-7-9 minutes! More than once, the food sits and waits for the employee to add a drink, so the food sits there waiting, getting cold!!! I believe that if someone doesn't like their job, doesn't appreciate what they have or wants something else because they are not interested in this job, it bores them and annoys them. IT'S TIME TO CHANGE JOBS! The situation when 7 employees stand leaning on the counter, talking, laughing and waiting for orders is reprehensible and unacceptable. I am disappointed with this lack of professionalism and treatment as a customer and company working for McDonald's.
