The Project Café is a hidden gem located a stones throw from Sauchiehall Street. Having found the place by accident it has now become one of my local places i go to do work. The atmosphere of the café is amazing and i have often gone in to find it busy with a great community vibe that you wouldn't expect so close to the city centre. The staff are friendly and will often engage you with a quick chat when you wait for your coffee. Prices are very reasonable and i was particularly impressed with the initiatives the Project Café supports (e.g. sourcing bread from an artisan bakery based in a prison) along with the events that it hosts (including a monthly open mic night). I have had a couple of the cakes on offer and have always found them to been impressive. I was very impressed with the facilities in the cafe that have a disabled toilet (which has beautifully hand pained walls in a jungle theme) and ramp access. Due to this i can't wait to introduce my good friend who uses a wheelchair to this Café! I can't recommend the Project Café enough!

Visited with my 6 year old son, we found the cafe had a vert cosy atmosphere and the staff was lovely. Had a delicious soup and a piece of vegan chocolate cake yum.

Yet again a great lunch yesterday well worth 4 hours traveling from north of Aberdeen. Service and staff five star. Would like to wish all a Merry Christmas, looking forward to seeing you all again in the New Year.

Nice wee cafe. Does live music jams, open Mic nights. Nice pizza. A cosy friendly atmosphere.
