Story

Cadence is rapidly emerging as THE place to come to address your cycling performance needs. Under the expert eye of our experienced team, our services range from bike fitting, sports massage and physiotherapy through to custom footbeds, fitness testing and coaching. We've got it all covered - and all in one bike-friendly location too.

Pop in to learn more, join us on a supervised ride, drop your bike off for a service or meet up with friends to catch up over coffee. Whether you're on the bike or not, we offer a convivial bike-friendly atmosphere with loads of bike books and mags to flick through, large-screen TV and the best macchiato in South London!

I’ve been coming to Cadence since it first opened, around a year ago, and I can hands down say it’s the best spin class I’ve ever been to. Melissa’s classes are an absolute joy - she is too! All of the instructors are so kind, knowledgeable and most importantly approachable. I’m constantly recommending Cadence to all my friends and colleagues. It’s become such an important part of my routine and has genuinely completely flipped how I view and feel about exercise.
Unpretentious, friendly and fun! Classes here have become a regular part of my week and I’ve never enjoyed exercise so much. Huge thanks to Melissa and team for being so welcoming, and for creating what is easily the best spin studio in London. Highly recommended! ‍
The best spin studio I’ve ever been to! The classes are incredible-I’ve always been intimidated by spin classes in the past, but this was completely changed my perspective. They were welcoming, inclusive, hilarious and made the class so much fun and so enjoyable. Would 10000% recommend!

It's been a real joy to discover Cadence! Melissa is an exceptional instructor and, having also done her indoor cycling instructor course, I know that she prides herself on passing on the very best knowledge and skills to spin instructors who come to her courses from far and wide. The Cadence Karaoke class think singing while spinning is an absolute hoot of a sweaty Friday night - just so enjoyable! - and I'm looking forward to doing more classes. A great studio to have in North London!
I’ve been going to spin classes in various places in London for a couple of years now and never received the level of feedback, explanation and care that you get at Cadence. You feel your improvement right away in Melissa’s class. Her expertise is clear and she always brings the JOY!
I have been coming to Cadence since it opened last year, having done very little indoor cycling before, and I am SO GLAD that I found it. It kickstarted a much healthier lifestyle for me and has become a big part of my weekly routines. Melissa is such an amazing instructor and she has picked equally friendly, fun and knowledgeable instructors to lead all of the classes at the studio. I come out of every class feeling energised. I would recommend Cadence to everyone. You will not regret giving it a go!
I have tried so many spin classes in London and Cadence is by far the best. It is the most welcoming and friendly studio while also having the best vibes and energy. I have never looked forward to any kind of exercise until I found Cadence! Melissa and the team are amazing.
I’m so happy I found Cadence! I’ve been to a few spin classes over the years and never really got into it but Cadence is on a whole different level. Melissa and all the instructors are so friendly and welcoming, taking the time to help set you up on the bike and explain everything, which as a newbie is so refreshing. The playlists are always amazing and the classes really help you to focus on maintaining good form throughout which I’ve not experienced at other studios. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough!
Melissa and the team at Cadence are abso-banging-lutely fantastic! There’s such an inclusive, feel-good spirit to each class hello, Cadence Karaoke and they’re all incredibly accessible, no matter what your experience level. I mean, I can’t even ride a real-life bike properly and I love it!
